Härryda BBQ — Texas-inspired barbecue, from local farms

We do barbecue the way it should be done: low and slow, over real smoke. Our inspiration comes from the heart of Texas, but our soul is firmly local. We source our meat from nearby farms and producers, then smoke it with patience and care until it's tender, rich, and full of flavor.

We're an Äkta Vara–certified craft barbecue and charcuterie operation, and we've been recognized for our work — including bronze medals for our bacon at SM i Mathantverk in both 2024 and 2025.

You'll find us here at Vassen Market, serving up everything from smoked beef cheek, pulled pork, and ribs to our own sausages. Everything is made with quality ingredients and a whole lot of respect for the craft.
